Sono nata a Como nel 1992.
Lo studio del disegno tessile mi ha portato col tempo a scoprire il filo come elemento di ricerca artistica.
Il filo e la cera sono la linfa di ciò che creo e il vuoto è lo spazio d'indagine dove condensare i miei pensieri e le immagini.
Nonostante questo fragile quanto assurdo momento storico ci stia mettendo alla prova come esseri umani, vorrei ricordare il capitolo finale dell'opera di Hesse che mi ha accompagnato nello studio teorico di questi anni:
[...]questa pietra, e il fiume, e tutte queste cose dalle quali possiamo imparare, io le amo. Posso amare una pietra e anche un albero o un pezzo di corteccia. Queste sono cose, e le posso amare. Ma le parole non le posso amare.
[...]siano o non siano le cose soltanto apparenza, allora sono apparenza anch'io. Questo è ciò che le rende care e rispettabili.
[...]Penetrare il mondo, spiegarlo, disprezzarlo, può essere l'opera dei grandi filosofi. Ma a me importa solo di poter amare il mondo, non disprezzarlo. A me importa solo di poter considerare il mondo, e me e tutti gli esseri, con amore, ammirazione e rispetto.
[...]questo sorriso dell'unità sopra il fluttuar delle forme.

I was born in Como in 1992.
Over the years the textile design studies led me discover the thread as the element of artistic research.
The thread and the wax are the sap of what I create and the void is the space of investigation to condense my thoughts and images.
Despite this fragile and absurd historical moment which is testing us as human beings, I would like to suggest the final chapter of Hesse’s work that has accompanied me during the theoretical studies of these years:
[...]this stone, and the river, and all these things from which we can learn, I love them. I can love a stone and also a tree or a piece of bark. These are things, and I can love them. But I cannot love words.
[...] whether or not things are merely appearances, then they are appearances too.
This is what makes them dear and respectable.
[...]Penetrating the world, explaining it, despising it, can be the work of the great philosophers.
But all I care about is being able to love the world, not to despise it. All I care about is being able to look at the world,
at me and all beings, with love, admiration and respect.
[...]this smile of unity over the fluctuating shapes.
